Welcome to Luminous Design Group, an Athens based storytelling studio. Our design services include branding, identity, print and digital design, packaging and creative direction.

Terms. By accessing the website luminous.gr, you agree to the following terms and conditions which you should read carefully before visiting or using the website and in case of disagreement you must not use it.
Use. The entire content of the website belongs to Luminous Design Group and is available to users for personal and informational use. Permission is granted to temporarily download a copy of the materials, information or software, on this website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is not a transfer of title but the grant of a license, and under this license you may not sell, copy, modify, reproduce, republish, as well as broadcast or distribute in the language in which it is written or translate without prior written consent of Luminous Design Group and in any case only if it relates to educational or editorial purposes. Public or commercial use of this site and especially for creating database or entry of this to an existing database for access from any natural or legal person is excluded.
Copyright. The overall impression of this site is property of Luminous Design Group, including photos, text, headings etc. and it must not be the subject of copying or imitation or counterfeit or otherwise used without prior written consent of the company.
Limitations. Luminous Design Group does not assume responsibility nor liability for any physical or psychological harm from the use of this site and is also not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of income, profits, goodwill, or loss related in any way to shut the site, or the delay or inability to access this.

Governing Law. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any violation of conditions of use will be prosecuted. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens and the Greek applicable law.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. It is Luminous Design Group’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, https://luminous.gr We don’t ask for your personal information unless we truly need it. When we do, we’ll only collect what we need by fair and lawful means and, where appropriate, with your knowledge or consent. We’ll also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
We will only retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with a service. We don’t store your personal information on our servers unless it’s required for providing a service to you. What we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information from loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

Newsletters. By registering to our newsletter you agree to save your name (if filled in) and your email to our newsletter provider, Moosend. The newsletters we send are mainly about our news and achievements and we do not advertise other companies or products.
You may update your personal information or unsubscribe at any time, by following the respective links that you can find at the bottom of all newsletters that you receive by us. Alternatively, you may contact us to update or delete your email as we are the only one to have access to this information. For more information about Moosend, you may refer to its privacy policy. Choosing to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you will no longer receive emails by us.

Google Analytics This site uses Google Analytics which is one of the most widespread and trusted analytics solution on the web for helping us to understand how you use the site and ways that we can improve your experience. Your rights & responsibility. We do not keep any persona data on our website. Our contact forms are sent via email and any data provided are deleted. Newsletter subscription data are hosted by Moosend, a procedure mentioned above in the respective section.
You can request to receive a file of the personal data we hold about you, that you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data. Our hosting company is in the European Union and it is GDPR compliant. Our newsletter services are hosted by Moosend, based in 2 Tallis street, Tallis house, London, EC4Y 0AB, United Kingdom and is GDPR compliant. Any information is sent over SSL / HTTPS to ensure security.

How we protect your data. Our server has malware protection mechanisms, internal reporting systems and an email notification system if any suspicious activity is detected.
Moreover, we are entirely using SSL/HTTPS throughout all our sites. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so personal identifiable information is never captured by third parties without authorization.
