Terms. By accessing the website luminous.gr, you agree to the following terms and conditions which you should read carefully before visiting or using the website and in case of disagreement you must not use it.

Newsletters. By registering to our newsletter you agree to save your name (if filled in) and your email to our newsletter provider, Moosend. The newsletters we send are mainly about our news and achievements and we do not advertise other companies or products.
You may update your personal information or unsubscribe at any time, by following the respective links that you can find at the bottom of all newsletters that you receive by us. Alternatively, you may contact us to update or delete your email as we are the only one to have access to this information. For more information about Moosend, you may refer to its privacy policy. Your rights & responsibility. We do not keep any persona data on our website. Our contact forms are sent via email and any data provided are deleted. Newsletter subscription data are hosted by Moosend, a procedure mentioned above in the respective section.
You can request to receive a file of the personal data we hold about you, that you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data. Our hosting company is in the European Union and it is GDPR compliant. Our newsletter services are hosted by Moosend, based in 2 Tallis street, Tallis house, London, EC4Y 0AB, United Kingdom and is GDPR compliant. Any information is sent over SSL / HTTPS to ensure security.

How we protect your data. Our server has malware protection mechanisms, internal reporting systems and an email notification system if any suspicious activity is detected.
Moreover, we are entirely using SSL/HTTPS throughout all our sites. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so personal identifiable information is never captured by third parties without authorization.
